The ultrasonic vacuum degassing device allows for significant cost reductions in the degassing and deairing processes. By utilizing the cavitation phenomenon generated by ultrasound, dissolved gases that are not visible can be turned into bubbles. These bubbles gather at the liquid surface and burst at the interface, with the gas components being expelled to the outside by a vacuum pump. By continuously repeating this operation, it is possible to degas 10 liters in about 10 minutes (depending on the characteristics of the sample). The degassed sample has the property of absorbing and dissolving dissolved saturation levels even if bubbles are incorporated during filling or painting. Therefore, it effectively eliminates the formation of bubbles.
