This is a center-axis-less overlapping stirring blade that significantly improves mixing performance in the ultra-high viscosity range (stirring Reynolds number of 1 or less), where mixing in conventional stirring tanks has been difficult. The wings, arranged in a multi-stage inclined configuration, generate strong up and down flows, and to further enhance mixing at the bottom of the tank, specially designed bottom wings have also been added. The multi-stage inclined wings add a dividing and stretching effect, achieving high mixing performance. Additionally, a flow pattern is obtained that is less affected by fluctuations in liquid volume, resulting in mixing performance that is not influenced by the liquid surface.
