◇Processing of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) → CFRP is utilized in a wide range of fields, from jet aircraft and rockets to home appliances. It is lighter and stronger than steel, has high corrosion resistance, and boasts greater strength than aluminum, making it a "dream material." We support the use of CFRP in more accessible products. ◇Processing of High-Strength Steel Plates (High-Tensile Steel) → High-strength steel plates are being promoted for lightweight vehicles and ships. Due to their high strength, they are resistant to tension and compression and are less prone to deformation, offering various advantages. However, they are also challenging materials to process, which we provide with advanced pressing technology. ◇Rubber Progressive Press Processing → We press process sheet-like rubber materials using our unique equipment. ◇Press Processing of Difficult-to-Process Materials → We perform special processing on materials with poor machinability, such as tantalum (rare metal), 42 alloy, and Inconel X750. ◇Press Processing → We consistently handle a range of products, including those with fillers and drawn parts, from mold products to mass production processing, and we can accommodate small lot sizes. ◇Mold Production Essential for Processing → The essential "mold" for press processing.
