The AG! triple-tube reaction vessel features a vacuum jacket and a ring-shaped medium baffle as its main characteristics. The vacuum jacket prevents heat loss and enables more stable temperature control. Additionally, it prevents frost from forming on the surface of the vessel, making internal observation at low temperatures easier. Furthermore, we successfully installed a ring-shaped medium baffle inside the jacket, which improved the heat exchange rate by approximately three times (compared to our company’s previous models). Moreover, the vacuum jacket prevents heat loss and maximizes the capabilities of the constant temperature bath. The design considers scalability! Our triple-tube reaction device is designed with scalability in mind, maintaining a ratio of the inner diameter to height of all reaction layers between 1:1 and 1.5.
