The Jet Port MBV-FF-JP type is a valve body equipped with ports and grooves that were developed from the analysis of fluid characteristics. The LO-TM has evolved into the Jet Port. The valve body with a honeycomb structure enables superior low noise and robust throttling operation compared to the LO-TM through the simultaneous effects of flow diffusion and rectification. The upstream ports and grooves are arranged parallel to the flow, converting the water flow into a uniform jet stream, which creates a rectifying effect that suppresses the generation of large vortices and reduces turbulent noise. The downstream ports and grooves transform the flow into a jet stream, diffusing it from the center of the valve body to the outer circumference, thus providing attenuation.
