【Features】 - Achieved the world's highest efficiency of 98.5%. - First in the world to commercialize a new three-level module that packages new IGBTs with conventional IGBTs. By applying this new module to a new three-level conversion circuit, significant reductions in power loss and component count are possible, enabling high efficiency and low noise in the equipment. - The PCS is designed for outdoor installation and is of the substation type. The switchgear, step-up transformer, and PCS for outdoor installation are integrated on a common base. As a result, there is no need for a building or air conditioning equipment to house the panel. Since it is integrated and delivered to the site, construction costs on-site can be significantly reduced. An option to incorporate fuses for DC branching within the PCS allows for direct connection of the aggregated panel output from the collection box to the PCS.
