High-precision viscometer for laboratory use
The VM-200T3 model was developed as a laboratory device in the shielded type viscometer FVM-80A series. It uses a balanced type oscillator similar to that of the FVM-80A. It has been designed to be user-friendly and easy to measure for applications such as inspections, allowing viscosity measurement simply by immersing the probe in the liquid. Additionally, measurements can be taken even while stirring the liquid during inspection, and the output can be collected as real-time data. The outer dimensions of the probe are also cylindrical with a diameter of 34mm, making it easy to fit in the hand.

The inline viscometer was awarded the 22nd Invention Award (1997) for its excellent performance and innovative ideas. Additionally, the acceleration sensor detects and records vibrations that occur during the transportation of goods, contributing to the prevention of product damage through the review of work improvement. We have developed a new viscoelastic meter as a culmination of the technology of inline viscometers and densitometers, which were developed as instruments for measuring the physical properties of liquids. Like the viscometer, it uses piezoelectric sensors to measure the viscosity, temperature, elastic modulus, and phase angle of various liquids in real-time inline. Focusing on piezoelectric sensor technology, we will continue to advance our development and research, aiming to become a comprehensive scientific measurement instrument manufacturer. With a wide range of products, solid technology, and prompt responses, we will strive as a united company to be of even greater service to everyone in the future. We appreciate your continued support.
