The "rotary vane air motor" has a structure in which a rotor, eccentrically positioned in a cylindrical chamber, rotates when air is blown into it. The vanes trapped in the grooves of the rotor circulate air while expanding along the inner wall of the cylinder and the cylinder cover, causing the rotor to rotate.
