Non-contact transparent material thickness and waviness measurement device "HM-1000"
HM-1000
Low-cost, portable glass thickness measurement device. *By adopting a unique depth-direction scanning method, we have succeeded in miniaturizing and reducing the cost of the device.
【Product Overview】 This product is a non-destructive thickness measurement device for transparent materials such as glass, utilizing OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) technology. It offers a variety of measurement units including a pen-type measurement unit, a flat measurement system, and a curved surface measurement system, depending on the measurement application. 【Features】 It can accommodate a wide range of shapes from flat transparent materials such as glass, resin, and crystals to irregular shapes. It offers long-range measurements from 0.03 to 10 mm, with a resolution of less than 0.2 μm.

basic information
This OCT scanner has successfully achieved high speed, compactness, long stroke, and low cost by adopting a unique depth-direction scanning method. Conventional OCT scanners primarily used PZT elements as the depth-direction scanning stage; however, while PZT elements allow for high-precision measurements, their narrow stroke and high cost posed challenges for industrial applications. Furthermore, this OCT scanner has integrated auto-tracking technology to eliminate the limitation of measurement range caused by reflection light displacement, enabling it to accommodate a wide variety of shapes.
