Four Key Technologies Supporting Suehiro Products 1) Material Technology: We use custom materials that combine carbon with special elements. After heat treatment, an ideal high-strength shaft with both hardness and toughness is produced. 2) Straight Cutting and Straightening Technology: Steel inherently has a tendency to bend, but our unique technology applies heat treatment at 250 degrees of friction heat to achieve straightness with a precision of 0.05/1000 or less. Even after cutting and processing, the steel maintains its straightness and returns to its original shape when bent. 3) Cutting Technology: We perform cutting processing on both ends of the shaft. Although this takes more time and effort compared to forging with molds, the precision of the tooth profile is outstanding (concentricity of 0.02 or less)! The precise tooth profile created through cutting processing meshes well with the counterpart gear, reducing vibration. 4) Centerless Cutting Technology: All of our shafts undergo outer diameter grinding. By maintaining uniform roundness (1/3 of the outer diameter tolerance) and surface roughness, we stabilize the surface pressure with guide bushes and liners, reducing dynamic friction resistance and alleviating rotational resistance, thereby contributing to the engine's transmission capability.
