Overload protection of 10 times the nominal measurement value, no recalibration required. Nominal force range of 2 to 100 kN, suitable for paper manufacturing applications.
The PMGZ force measurement block is extremely excellent in durability, accuracy, and reliability. It can consistently measure strip tension with an accuracy of about 5% of the nominal force. Due to its use of stainless steel and mechanical overload protection, it can be used for tension measurement in most paper manufacturing processes. It can also be used in environments that may seem difficult (such as cooling water, wet paper pulp, high temperatures, and high humidity). It can be used in most processes of the paper and printing industries, even in wet conditions. The PMGZ force measurement block can be used in conjunction with all FMS measurement amplifiers.

basic information
Along with the Plamar block, the PMGZ force measurement block connects the measurement sensor and bearing. The Plamar block is attached to the force sensor. This allows for easy replacement of bearings and rollers. It guarantees accurate resultant force measurement in horizontal or vertical directions (depending on the type of force measurement block). The red dot on the force sensor indicates the measurement method. The PMGZ force measurement block can be used with low lap angles and heavy rollers, enabling extremely accurate and reliable web tension measurement.

Shinsei Shoji was established in 1974 as the overseas sales division of wire butt welding machines for Hakusan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. In 1985, it entered into a dealership agreement with Clinton Company (spark testers) in the United States and began importing equipment for wire manufacturing. Utilizing the specialized knowledge and experience accumulated as a manufacturer’s sales division for butt welding machines, it subsequently increased the number of manufacturers it represents and now handles machinery for wire, cable, and electric wire manufacturing, measuring instruments, tools, and color masterbatches for fluoropolymer PEEK, among others. Currently, as a specialized trading company for equipment used in wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing, it conducts business with approximately 200 wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. In recent years, it has started handling load cells and web guides from Swiss company FMS, receiving positive feedback from customers in the film, sheet, and printing sectors. Additionally, it has expanded its dealings with medical device manufacturers, focusing on measuring instruments for catheter tubes.
