It is possible to achieve precise bonding without contact, and we are expanding our lineup primarily for precision bonding applications such as electronic components. Materials with proven welding results include SUS, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, titanium, NiTi, platinum, tungsten, molybdenum, carbon steel, and other metals that respond to magnets, which have shown good results. The welding time for typical samples is around 1 ms, making it one of the welding methods recognized for having the least thermal impact on the surrounding workpiece. (1 ms = 1/1000 seconds)
