Prevention of squeaking noise from resin bearings
Issues: Company N in Chiba produces various types of bearings (for parking lots, medical use, and household use). To ensure proper lubrication, self-lubricating resins (nylon, fluorine) were used for the iron slide bearings, but issues arose with squeaking noises due to friction resistance and friction caused by rust. Solutions: For parking lot bearings under load, we used Bilal N-720 grease, which excels in adhesiveness and extreme pressure properties. For medical and household use, we employed Bilal VG, which is excellent in permeability and lubrication. Each issue was resolved. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
