Issues: At Company P in Gunma, a slight wear on the guide and bush of the mold used to shape the TV remote control switch caused a deviation of 1/1000 in precision, leading to product defects. Additionally, the sampling inspection for defect checks was time-consuming. Solution: By spraying Bilal T&D on the pins and bushes, we achieved prevention of wear.
