Issues: At Company F in the Kanto region, multiple ball bearings are rotating at high speed during the tape winding process. To maintain the proper rotation and prevent tape damage, it was necessary to frequently lubricate the spindle oil, clean the bearings once a week, and replace them every month. Solution: Bilar T&D has excellent lubrication and extreme pressure properties, allowing for maintenance with just one lubrication per day, thus improving the frequency of maintenance (bearing replacement improved to every three months).
