We offer a wide range of services from mold design and manufacturing to press processing, spring processing, heat treatment, and welding (including spot welding), accommodating everything from single prototypes to mass production. In the spring department, we utilize NC coiling machines and CNC torsion machines for spring processing. Additionally, we can perform heat treatment with minimal deformation of thin sheet springs using a continuous austempering furnace. The materials we process include general materials as well as bainitic steel sheets, hardened ribbon steel sheets, spring stainless steel SUS301, heat-resistant stainless steel sheets SUS310S, and phosphor bronze sheets. We manage measurement and inspection using tools such as tool microscopes, three-dimensional measuring machines, hardness testers, and spring testing machines.
