【Production Flow】 ○ CAD/CAM System → Product (part) drawings and data entrusted by customers are processed into program data for machining and sent to machine tools such as machining centers. ○ Press Simulation → A mesh data is created from the three-dimensional data generated by the 3D CAD/CAM system, and a press simulation is conducted in advance. ○ Machining Center → Based on the data sent from the 3D CAD/CAM system, it automatically instructs the machining areas, tool tooling layout, machining conditions, etc., and performs general machining of molds, including rough cutting, drilling, and tapping. ○ Finishing → If it is difficult for machines to achieve the required precision for the mold, skilled workers use grinding stones and sandpaper for manual grinding and polishing to finish the product. ○ Assembly → While checking the precision of each part, the final stage mold is assembled in the manufacturing department. ○ Tryout → The completed mold is set in the press machine, and a trial press is conducted. ○ Inspection → The products processed during the trial are inspected to determine the quality of the mold. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
