It adopts an innovative capsule chuck mechanism that expands a high-density urethane capsule mounted on a hollow shaft using air pressure to grip the winding core. Air capsules can be designed and manufactured to match various shapes and specifications. We consider the arrangement of the capsules to ensure they fit within the minimum core width as much as possible. <Handling Precautions> ■ Do not inflate the capsule when there is no winding core. ■ Always protect the capsule with an empty paper tube or similar in areas where the winding core is not applied. ■ Do not immerse in solvents or water. ■ Avoid using in high-temperature areas above 40°C. ■ Be careful when handling, as contact with sharp objects such as knives or nails may cause punctures. ■ Use dry air for compressed air. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
