High-performance dual-range DC
The 9170/9180 series programmable DC power supplies are high-end power supplies with cutting-edge features and design. They provide clean, stable, and accurate power, boasting excellent characteristics such as low ripple, low noise, low temperature coefficient, low variation, and rapid response. They are equipped with diverse LED test modes, a modular interface card slot, automatic range selection, and an 8-bit bidirectional digital I/O interface, which are not commonly found in standard power supplies.

Features ■ Two types: 1-output and 2-output models. (All models are dual range) ■ Low ripple and noise. (For model 9171: 0.35mVrms/3mVpp) ■ Dual range output with automatic range selection. ■ Excellent power variation, accuracy, and resolution. ■ Output terminals are placed at the front and back of the unit for easy wiring. ■ Remote sensing terminals at the front and back of the unit. (Excluding models 9173 and 9174) ■ Test sequences can be stored in list mode. ■ Up to 10 settings can be easily stored and recalled. ■ Standard interface includes SCPI-compliant USB. RS232, GPIB, LAN, and RS485 can be added as options. ■ Analog programming interface (optional). ■ LED test mode minimizes inrush current. ■ Software for remote control. ■ Comprehensive safety features including over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP), and key lock function. ■ Voltage and current values can be easily calibrated from the front panel. ■ LabView drivers are available for download.
