The shank diameter is φ3.0mm, with a minimum tip diameter ranging from φ0.05mm (50μm) to φ1.0mm available in standard stock. The diamond abrasive particle sizes range from #4000 to #270. The material is made of ultra-hard alloy, offering excellent oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and heat resistance, making it suitable for high-speed processing.
