As a result, we can flexibly accommodate small lots. Furthermore, the cooling capacity of the salt bath is very rapid, allowing for heat treatment of large items that is impossible with other heat treatment methods. A uniform heating state is achieved, resulting in stable quenching hardness. After heat treatment, all products undergo long hours of washing, pickling, and rust prevention neutralization.
