Furthermore, the cooling capacity of the salt bath is very rapid, allowing for heat treatment of large items that is impossible with other heat treatment methods. A uniform heating state is achieved, resulting in stable quenching hardness. After heat treatment, all products undergo long hours of washing, pickling, and rust prevention neutralization.
