For mold core models and electrode models, we perform mold splitting from the product model to create core models. In plastic mold design, we conduct parametric 3D mold design using solid modeling software. In high-speed machining, we process various materials such as mold steel, copper, and aluminum alloys with high precision and speed. In additive manufacturing, we directly create products and jigs from three-dimensional CAD data.
