The variable speed control small/medium precision air press is a compact/medium-sized precision air press that allows for easy adjustment of the press descent speed's deceleration start position simply by moving the position of the variable speed switching sensor of the press air cylinder. It combines precision-finished guide posts, linear guides, and universal joints that absorb misalignment, resulting in smooth movement without play, as well as excellent positional accuracy, sliding performance, and parallelism. Furthermore, as a small precision air press that can control descent speed variably, it rapidly descends from the start of descent, automatically decelerating when the deceleration sensor is activated, allowing for slow speeds only during the minimum necessary stroke for actual work, enabling precise pressing operations such as pressing, marking, and riveting without imparting mechanical shock to the product.
