The ion bar "SIB4 Series" features a slim body that can be installed in various environments and is designed to solve static electricity issues in various production processes. It is equipped with an auto ion balance function that automatically adjusts the ion generation ratio according to the polarity of the charged objects. Additionally, by incorporating a counter electrode, it reduces the adhesion of external particles. The newly developed discharge needle socket maximizes static elimination performance with minimal air consumption. The high-speed air ejected from the main hole and safe hole not only prevents contamination at the tip of the discharge needle but also quickly transports the ions generated by the discharge needle to the charged objects, effectively removing static electricity.
