【Features】 ○ Since magnets are not used for fixing the workpiece, processing of non-magnetic materials is possible. ○ The workpiece is placed and held in the pockets of the carrier gear, allowing for processing regardless of material. ○ Grinding pressure can be set according to material characteristics. → Similarly, the speed of the upper and lower grinding stones can also be controlled. ○ The workpiece is sandwiched between the upper and lower grinding stones, and grinding is performed by applying pressure set from the upper grinding stone. ○ The position of the upper grinding stone is controlled numerically to manage the amount of grinding. ○ In addition to aluminum and iron, we also welcome inquiries about processing difficult materials such as titanium, stainless steel, and beryllium bronze, as well as non-magnetic materials. ● For more details, please contact us.
