The humidifier uses a high-precision dew point meter. Controlled gas is humidified as it passes through the humidifier using mass flow. The entire humidifier is heated with a mantle heater, allowing for precise control. The gas humidified in the bubbler is introduced into the SOFC evaluation equipment and collected with the condenser unit. An automatic pure water supply system is included as standard.
