Ideal for measuring lightweight and precision structures, as well as small structures! Piezoelectric shear-type accelerometer with side connector.
The output of the piezoelectric accelerometer pickup is in charge, and its sensitivity is expressed as the amount of charge per unit acceleration, pC/ms² (pC/g). It has a shear structure, and like the DeltaShearR design, the piezo elements undergo shear deformation. Two slices of piezoelectric materials are mounted on either side of the center post. This design offers high linearity and low base strain sensitivity, with low susceptibility to temperature changes. The material of the case for models 4517-C and 4517-C-001 is titanium, while 4517-C-003 is made of anodized aluminum. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
