The can rotation type vacuum degassing mixer, model 50-250, performs both decompression and movement simultaneously, allowing materials that are difficult to degas to be processed in about 10 minutes. The condition inside the vacuum tank can be checked from the top. Transparent acrylic is used for reinforcement in a lattice structure to withstand changes due to atmospheric pressure. The vacuum tank is covered with the mixing device, and the tank is depressurized using an oil rotary vacuum pump. The mixing motion causes the material at the bottom of the can to rise, and the bubbles in the material swell at the surface due to the decompression, while the mixing force destroys the bubbles, enabling quick mixing and degassing.
