Recently, asbestos has become a significant social issue, with health damages in various facilities and factories becoming apparent, raising concerns about its dangers. Originally, we developed an asbestos treatment agent with the support of the Nippon Foundation (Ocean Policy Research Foundation) to address asbestos handling in the harsh, confined conditions aboard ships. We not only focused on suppressing the dispersion of asbestos but also thoroughly pursued the safety of the treatment agent itself, leading to the development of three types of treatment agents. Moving forward, we will continue to address the asbestos issue through the approach of treatment agents, catering to a wide range of needs. We handle asbestos dust prevention agents, dust control agents and related processing agents, asbestos construction materials, exterior wall paints, rust conversion agents, rust removers, heat-insulating paints, and products effective for carbon dioxide reduction and greening. AGUA means "water" in Spanish. It embodies our wish to protect beautiful water and the Earth. Our main product, AGUA-A3000, was also used as a dust prevention agent at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, which was affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. It is also used for dust prevention in disaster-stricken areas.
