We respond to requirements using technology honed in the fields of cameras, optical devices, and semiconductors, including geometric tolerances such as flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity, as well as dimensional tolerances like hole diameters and pitches, and surface roughness. The materials we process include metals such as aluminum (A5052, A6061, A2017, A7075, etc.), brass, magnesium, zinc alloys, and copper alloys, particularly ADC12 and ZDC2 for mass production die casting. We also maintain a constant stock of die casting plates for processing that are the same material as those used in mass production, allowing for testing during prototype development.
