In underground sites such as manholes, gas measurement is possible by inserting the sensor part from above ground. ■Detection Principle | Galvanic Battery Type (OS) This is an air battery-type sensor composed of two electrodes (noble metal and base metal), a gas/wave diaphragm, and an electrolyte. It detects changes in current generated when oxygen reacts on the noble metal electrode. - It does not require an external power source for oxygen detection. - It is easy to handle. - The sensor output is proportional to the gas concentration and is highly accurate.
