The IR Cut Filter 2 is a dielectric multilayer film that does not transmit (but reflects) infrared light while allowing visible light to pass through. It is formed by ion-assisted deposition (IAD), creating a shiftless and dense film. Compared to the IR Cut Filter 1, it is a wide transmission range IR cut filter that allows transmission up to part of the near-ultraviolet region. Additionally, it features an anti-reflective coating (AR) on the backside, enhancing the transmittance in the transmission range. It is also capable of transmitting and reflecting arbitrary wavelengths, not just visible light and infrared. We provide consistent design and manufacturing of IR cut filters. We will design and manufacture according to customer requests, including specifications for half-wavelength, transmission band, and cut band.
