**Features** - When directly transferring the local pressure from the jack chair during the introduction of prestressing to the anchor plate, it is conveyed to the concrete as uniform surface pressure. - The conical anchor plate prevents concrete crushing due to extreme stress caused by unevenness of the concrete surface, as it has no edges at the four corners when receiving axial rotational forces. - Through desktop calculations and surface pressure scanner analysis, the most economical cross-section is achieved, realizing cost reduction and improved workability. - In the case of PC steel wire, there are no concerns about the positioning of the anchor plate due to the effects of support pressure and axial rotational force. - When the set position of the PC steel material is close to the concrete edge, the conical shape has no constraints on placement, and since there are no corner iron parts within the cover of the joint concrete, it prevents issues such as rust formation. - Material: SS 400 For more details, please contact us.
