Depending on the material and engraving content, either NC machines or general-purpose machines will be used, and in some cases, a combination of both may be employed. If you can provide DXF data for wiring diagrams or logos, it will help reduce work hours and improve drawing accuracy. ~Regarding Orders~ If the paint film on the coated panels is thin or has poor adhesion, the paint may peel off during engraving. If you inform your painting contractor that engraving will be done after painting, they should be able to apply a suitable coating. Additionally, if aluminum panels do not have surface treatment, small scratches may occur during engraving or when wiping off color differences.
