Introducing the world's smallest and lightest portable counter (MODEL 3905) with a flow rate of 28.3 L/min class.
This is the world's smallest and lightest portable particle counter (Note: as of March 2013, according to our research) with a suction flow rate of 28.3 L/min and the capability to measure six particle sizes simultaneously. It complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and can transfer encrypted data to a PC or similar devices. Remote control measurements via Ethernet connection are possible, and multiple main unit screens can be displayed on a PC. By storing the cleanroom layout screen in the main unit, it allows for the registration of measurement locations and contents, making it easy to conduct measurements using that information. When connecting optional probes and differential pressure sensors, simultaneous measurement of particle counts and environmental parameters is also possible.

basic information
■ Measurement of 28.3 L/min and 6 particle sizes is possible Simultaneous measurement and display of results for 6 particle sizes: 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, and 10.0 μm. ■ Remote control for remote operation By connecting a LAN cable, remote operation from a PC is possible. ■ Remote control allows simultaneous operation of multiple units With LAN compatibility, a network can be established, allowing control of multiple units from a single PC. ■ Setting of measurement points and contents on a layout diagram It is possible to write the clean room layout in bitmap format within the device. Additionally, measurement points can be marked on the layout, and the measurement contents for each point can be stored. ■ Measurement navigation function based on location information Information for each measurement point can be stored, allowing measurements to be taken according to navigation instructions. ■ Optional measurement of temperature, humidity, and wind speed By attaching a probe for our Climomaster anemometer, temperature, humidity, and wind speed data can be measured simultaneously along with particle data. ■ Compliant with ISO 21501-4 and 21 CFR Part 11

Founded in 1934 (Showa 9). It is a measurement instrument manufacturer that was the first in Japan to sell a hot-wire anemometer. The company proposes measurement solutions that apply technology for precisely measuring "flows" such as air and water currents, as well as invisible "fine particles." Since the wartime period, it has been entrusted by the government with advanced fundamental research, and its high level of technical expertise is still well-regarded today. Currently, in order to bring a new breeze to the industry, it upholds the corporate philosophy of "Living with originality and innovation," aiming to be the number one hospitality company in the industry.
