Using Sodick's wire cut technology, it enables a 1st cut speed of 7.0 mm/min for a workpiece with a thickness of T=20mm. The lifespan of ion exchange resins and filters is extended, and rust occurrence is reduced. Fine sludge that cannot be removed by the filter is magnetized, electrified, agitated, vibrated, and centrifuged repeatedly to enlarge the sludge to over 2 microns.
