The patented products made from organosilicone by Sil + Zailah have internal and external lubricants that excel in high-temperature stability. Products that act as internal lubricants improve compound flow without affecting thermal aging properties in relation to polar polymers. On the other hand, external lubricant-type products form a boundary film between rubber and metal, providing a release effect while simultaneously reducing friction resistance between the two. Additionally, this same action helps suppress mold contamination. In other cases, applying them to highly filled cable formulations can improve extrudability.
