It makes mixing and subsequent processes easier by lowering the waist of natural rubber.
The peptideizer has the effect of promoting the reduction of polymer molecular weight (that is, the decrease in viscosity) particularly to enhance the efficiency of natural rubber mastication. This results in a softer rubber, making mixing and post-processing easier. The characteristics of Structol products treated with dispersants are that the incorporation into the rubber is faster than conventional products, the dispersion state is significantly better, troublesome hot spots are eliminated, and batch-to-batch variability can be resolved.
