■Features - It is possible to print out the date, lot number, and measurement results on-site and submit them as documentation. - The average, standard deviation, maximum, and minimum values of the measurement results can be easily calculated with simple operations. - To accommodate changes in the material, shape, and thickness of the substrate, it is possible to pre-register and call up the optimal calibration curves for that substrate, with four types of electromagnetic methods and four types of eddy current methods. - Upper and lower limits for the target film thickness can be set.
