The Color Response Detector RD-80SA allows for spot measurement while visually aligning the measurement position, enabling response (reaction), brightness, and chromaticity measurements. It can detect crosstalk, which is a key factor in improving the high quality of sequential 3D displays, as well as measure brightness and chromaticity. It can perform response measurements at ultra-fast speeds of less than 80μs and can measure brightness quickly in about one second. Additionally, it can detect flickering light with a small S/N ratio of approximately 0.04cd/m².
