Currently, we are collaborating with numerous large companies both domestically and internationally in various fields to provide a range of functional particles tailored to different applications.
Our company conducts proposal-based material development according to customer applications and also develops and provides materials based on customer requests. We possess over dozens of specialized reaction processes as liquid phase reaction processes, enabling us to produce nanoparticles and micron particles of elements such as Li metal and Ta metal. Additionally, we manufacture graphene dispersion liquids, which are applied in lubricants, antistatic films, and anti-fouling films. Regarding silver particles, we produce the world's first string-like particles and hexagonal plate-like particles, as well as silver powder for low-temperature sintering. We also manufacture 6N nanoparticles of Ga oxide, as well as nanoparticles of molybdenum oxide and tungsten oxide. We develop and provide various compounds, including simple oxides, complex oxides, carbides, and nitrides, as nanoparticles upon customer request. Our company can also polymer coat the surfaces of nanoparticles and micron particles. Through such surface modification, we can provide them in solvent dispersion. Since we are not a research institution, we develop our products to meet the required quantities from customers, even at the ton level. We aim for processing unit costs at the ton level to be between 30,000 to 50,000 yen/kg, designing our processes to fall within industrial price ranges. In response to market demands, we are developing and providing next-generation batteries, solar cell materials, infrared absorbers, thermochromic inorganic materials, UV-excited coloring agents, non-photocatalytic materials, graphene dispersion liquids, and more. In particular, these materials often require solvent dispersion in addition to size and shape control, and we create and provide dispersion liquids tailored to our customers' needs. Many of the developments are conducted under non-disclosure agreements with our clients, assisting in the development of specialized materials. Our core technology is centered around liquid-phase reactions, and we possess various original reaction processes, enabling us to manufacture nanoparticles and micron-sized particles from materials such as Li, Ta, Si, In, and Ga. We can also produce composite oxides, carbides, and nitrides. Based on customer requests, we prototype and submit samples along with reports.
