In the cleanroom, general products that do not have electrostatic measures are not allowed. This is to prevent the accumulation of dust and particles. Therefore, resin products used in the cleanroom are those with electrostatic measures. This product uses conductive PP resin, which has an excellent surface resistance value of 108 [Ω] or less. Additionally, it has excellent sealing properties, allowing for complete sealing when the lid is closed, thus blocking outside air (except for 6" general use). In other words, it enables the transportation of wafers while maintaining a clean state. The strength has also been carefully considered, making it a product that can be safely used in various environments.
