General paper boxes and containers generate paper dust, so they are not used in clean rooms. In clean rooms, we use specially designed "dust-free paper cases for wafers." This product is made from clean paper (dust-free paper) and minimizes dust generation from tearing, rubbing, and kneading. It is designed in a cylindrical shape that is optimal for semiconductor wafers and accommodates two sizes: 5 inches and 6 inches. By using clean paper sheets for wafers between the wafers, safe storage and transportation can be achieved. Using dust-free paper cases for wafers allows for secure storage and transportation even in clean rooms. *If other sizes are needed, please use resin wafer cases.
