**Characteristics of Sunami Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s Processing Technology** A computer-controlled coil line processing system with multiple press machines equipped with various processing tools such as hole processing, drawing dies, and bending dies. (We have a proven track record of supporting up to 11 press machines.) - A processing system for long products that arranges multiple molds within a single press machine, automatically selecting only the necessary molds for processing (currently used for molds for processing soundproof walls on highways made of aluminum). - A mold that simultaneously punches square and round holes in pipes at four locations in one operation. - A mold that performs rolling and bending of flat plates into pipe shapes in one operation. - A flexible louver processing mold that allows the selection of the required number of louver blades (with a proven record of up to 23 blades) using a numeric keypad during louver (accordion) processing. - Fully automatic molds for corrugated (wavy) processing using general-purpose press machines. → Materials: Aluminum, stainless steel, copper, wire mesh, iron, etc., and it is also possible to combine two layers of non-woven fabric. → Special molds developed through joint research with universities.
