Tanaka Foresight Co., Ltd. was founded in 1945 as a manufacturer of eyewear parts. Since then, it has continued to create cutting-edge eyewear components that resonate with the times for over half a century in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, the center of eyewear production in Japan. The uncompromising quality and technological development that have been upheld since its founding have earned it high recognition, including becoming a designated factory for major manufacturers worldwide. Notably, in 1977, it became the first in the world to commercialize eyewear pad arms made from pure titanium, propelling its activities onto the global stage. In 1994, it launched a state-of-the-art fully automated computer-controlled production line to meet the needs of the 21st century. Additionally, as part of its global market strategy, it completed a factory in China and established a corporate partnership with the Takefu Welfare Association in Echizen City to give back to society, thereby setting up a new framework for the future.
