In the clean room, general polyimide (Kapton) adhesive tapes that generate dust are not allowed. When used in the clean room, this "antistatic clean polyimide tape" is utilized. This product features a "resin core" in its roll core, which helps to reduce dust in the clean room. The base material of the adhesive tape is made of "polyimide," and the adhesive used is an antistatic silicone adhesive. It has a high-temperature resistance of approximately 220°C and leaves no adhesive residue, making it suitable for high-temperature masking and temporary bonding. Furthermore, the antistatic silicone adhesive prevents static electricity (peeling charge) that occurs when removing the tape. This polyimide tape minimizes dust, static electricity, and adhesive residue that could adversely affect the product.
