Tanimura Clean Dust-Free Laminated Paper for Wafers - Interleaving Paper MK-WSF/WSE
Spacer and interleaving paper for wafers compatible with clean rooms.
You can stack them by sandwiching them between wafers. General paper products are not used in clean rooms because they generate paper dust. When using wafer interleaving paper, this product "Clean Interleaving Paper for Wafers" should be used. You can choose from two types: WSE with an embossed surface and flat WSF. The "Embossed Type" has a 20μ embossing on the surface of the dust-free paper, improving cushioning and release properties. This product uses clean paper (dust-free paper) that suppresses dust generation from tearing, rubbing, and kneading. These are processed in a clean room and then vacuum packed (clean packed). By using "Clean Interleaving Paper for Wafers" as interleaving paper, you can store and transport them with peace of mind.
