The total length of the slide rail is standardized from 304.8 mm (12 inches) to 711.2 mm (28 inches). This slide rail has a front disconnect specification, so it locks during full travel, but the unit can be pulled forward by operating the disconnect spring. This allows for efficient maintenance work by removing the unit from the equipment it is installed on. Additionally, this model also comes in an automatic release lock (AL) type, which allows the unit to be stored by simply pushing it in with a bit of force without needing to operate the disconnect spring when retracting from full travel.
