The ozone concentration is output in real-time due to the transmission output, making it an ozone gas monitor that allows for remote concentration monitoring.
The ozone meters used for concentration management in ozone gas utilization areas and devices used as alarms require a balance of performance, maintainability, and cost. This product has been designed with these considerations in mind to meet a wide range of needs as an ozone meter. *Please choose one of the following: - OZG-EM-010K (Measurement range: 0 to 1.00 ppm) - OZG-EM-011K (Measurement range: 0 to 10.0 ppm) *The AC adapter for this product is not included; please prepare it yourself.

basic information
■Features - Sensor replacement is easy with connector insertion and removal. - After zero adjustment, span adjustment can be made simply by aligning with the sensor correction coefficient for initial calibration. - Ozone concentration is output in real-time via transmission output, allowing for remote concentration monitoring. - A contact output of 1c is adopted for alarm output, enabling ON/OFF based on set values. Additionally, the alarm output will be ON when the power is OFF. ■Specifications OZG-EM-010K (Measurement range: 0–1.00 ppm) OZG-EM-011K (Measurement range: 0–10.0 ppm) Detection method: Diffusion type Concentration display: 3-digit LED, minimum display 0.01 ppm Measurement accuracy: Within ±10% of F.S. Applications/Examples of results
■Detection Principle The sensor installed in this product enables low-concentration gas analysis by applying the potentiostatic electrolysis method, which has traditionally been used in electrochemical analysis of solutions, to gas electrodes. The structure of the sensor is shown in the diagram below. The three electrodes are in contact with the electrolyte phase and the gas phase. When O3 approaches the working electrode, the reaction O3 + H2O → 2O2 + 2H+ + 2e- occurs. Additionally, at the counter electrode, where oxygen from the air is adsorbed, the reaction 1/2 O2 + 2H+ + 2e- → H2O occurs equivalently to the working electrode. The overall reaction is O3 + 1/2 O2 + H2O → 2O2 + H2O, and by detecting the current flowing from this oxidation reaction of O3, a current value proportional to the O3 concentration can be obtained.
