This is an introduction to hydraulic control equipment QDCS/QMCS. We offer a wide range of products, including single-acting clampers with a structure that combines hydraulics and springs, as well as double-acting clampers equipped with a mechanical lock mechanism, and simple clampers that allow manual adjustment of the clamping position. Our lineup also includes high-power die lifters that utilize special rollers and hydraulic cylinders for lifting, die rollers that use rollers and springs for lift-up loading and unloading, and air lifters that employ special balls and air cylinders for lift-up structures. The power unit features integrated air and hydraulic piping for the pump and valve within the unit, making connection to the machine side very easy. The valve unit combines a non-leak valve, pressure switch, and relief valve into a single unit. Depending on the application, the number of hydraulic circuits can be selected.
